01 / What we collect
Three practical details
The early-access request asks for your full name, firm name, and work email.
The form is designed for non-sensitive pilot qualification. It does not ask for files, client records, financial account details, passwords, or other sensitive information. Submitted requests are visible only to the Brivlet platform administrator for review and approval.
02 / Why we use it
To evaluate fit and follow up
Brivlet uses these details to review an early-access request and contact the applicant at the submitted work email. An approved applicant receives a secure, expiring, single-use invitation; account and private workspace creation happens only after that invitation is accepted.
03 / Sharing
Limited to what early access needs
Brivlet may share request information with service providers necessary to run early access, such as infrastructure and database providers. Sharing is limited to the information needed for those providers to perform their service. Brivlet does not use the application to collect client documents or sensitive financial data, and does not sell application information.
04 / Retention
What happens after you apply
A submitted request is stored as an early-access request record with a creation timestamp. The current product has no automatic deletion schedule and no in-product deletion flow. We are not promising a particular retention period or deletion response time.

05 / Current limits
A small pilot, not a document vault
The request is intentionally limited to qualification information, and no file upload or client-document workflow is part of this request. We do not represent that the current form has encryption, compliance certification, deletion controls, or any other particular security safeguard. Please do not submit sensitive financial or client information.
